The Dynamic Brands Corporate Trainee Program has been created to provide recent college graduates with a valuable hands on learning experience within the consumer products industry from the ground up. This full time position is an exciting opportunity to prove what you can do.

Job Summary:
As an entry level Trainee, this position will learn the ins and outs of our operations. All Corporate Trainees start with the building block assignment in our Customer Care Division. From there, the Trainee will be performing critical job functions in the department of their choice, based on business necessity, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and Product Development. In an effort to maximize the learning experience, cross-training assignments may occur such as participation in sales meetings or trade shows, or event or marketing planning while working for other departments.

This position will report directly to the department supervisor and/or manager with a dotted line report to the Division President. During the course of the first two years, The Trainee will receive a review from the Division President at the completion of each 90 days. This review is to help recognize and develop career interests while matching the skills and talents of the individual.

Responsibilities:

• Work in a call center environment answering customer, consumer, & sales professional inquires.
• Serve as an expert on the organization's products, services, & policies.
• Entering data into client base software.
• Multi-tasking environment including outbound calls to existing customers/dealers.
• Compose & respond to support e-mails in a timely manner demonstrating proper use of grammar & syntax.
• Work with sales professionals by assisting in managing the territory. Includes weekly contact with assigned sales professional.
• Other tasks as assigned.
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Retail experience with juvenile products preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a sales/client services environment (previous experience in up selling to customers a plus)
• Highly motivated, customer focused and results driven.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with co-workers, customer & sales professionals.
• Innovative, detail oriented, strategic problem solver.
• Candidates must be PC savvy with experience using the Internet.
• Must have a strong commitment to helping people and to customer satisfaction.
• College degree preferred as position can lead to other opportunities within the organization.
